Great Place to eat in Wheeling

While staying at the Wheeling Inn, we reccomend the following Restaurants.

For Breakfast and Dinner...Directly across the Street from the hotel...THE BRIDGE TAVERN, which has been in business fro 52 years. Down home cooking at reasonable prices. From Porter House Steaks to Open Face Hot Roast Beef Sandwiches with Mashed Taters and Gravy..The Bridge is the Place to go.

Uncle Pete's located directly up the street from the hotel a nice walk . The restaurant is on the river, with charming riverfront eating on the deck. The food is delicious and dress is casual.

A Wheeling Tradition is Colemans Fish, down in Center Market. Fresh Fish, Oysters, Clams and Shrimp await. Famous for its Oversized Fish Sandwich, its dining at its best in a casual setting. Enjoy lunch then off to antiques, old bookstores and
